Sessions are limited each month
Held on Thursdays & Fridays (Australia time)
Typically booked 2–3 weeks in advance

No same-day or emergency bookings
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
Changes within 48 hours or missed sessions are not refundable or transferable
